Terms of Use and License:

• Resource rate is per purchase, per resource and does not combine either option/resource. Once purchased, purchaser will receive worksheet item(s) via email; email must be provided to receive purchased resource
• Purchase of resource does not constitute ownership or license of the items, purchases, downloads-of. Purchaser may not redistribute or share, reconfigure, or edit items in any way. The purchase of Fuller Management Corp. resource items limits purchase to purchaser use. as outlined. Fuller Management Corp. retains ownership of all intellectual property, design elements, phrasing, style, and resource availability in perpetuity 
• Do it Yourself ("DIY") resource(s) are suggested for those seeking to work at a self pace. Download resources with a "+" or "bonus" offering must be scheduled within 30-days of purchase, session must be applied/"seen" within 6- days of purchase. Days of purchase are determined by calendar days, beginning with the date of purchase
• Any questions pertaining to purchase of resource must be emailed to Info@FullerPros.com and will receive return correspondence via email only
• Hidden costs are not our style, there are NO set-up fees or extra costs outside of the the sum paid for a resource item
• Those opting to purchase a "+" or "bonus" item which includes a live element; i.e. "virtual walk-though" will receive service as based on availability. Coach/person may not be selected by purchaser, but will be assigned as based on availability
• Receiving "virtual walk-though" support does not include business development service(s) or coaching similar to other coaching services, *walk-through is not considered a coaching session. See PACE™, Brainiac™, ProCoach™ for coaching options.
• Virtual sessions will be coordinated between the purchaser and the coach via email, purchaser email must be provided to be scheduled
• Change of Schedule ("COS") requests require 48 hour(s) advance notice, any reschedule must take place within the 60 days post-purchase and will not extend beyond the post-purchase 60 day cycle
• A missed walk-through will be counted as "Seen" any time a purchaser does not show for their scheduled/blocked session/appointment date/time or fails to follow the COS policy
• Every session is guaranteed a scheduled time block of 20 minutes per single virtual walk-through resource purchase, any late attendance will result in purchaser forfeiting their scheduled time. Coach will login and hold the session for 5-minutes of the 20-minute time block. After the hold duration of 5 minutes, if the purchaser does not "Show" or their session, the session is counted as 'Seen" and will not be eligible for reschedule or any form of refund -- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
• Purchases do not roll over/carry over, e.g. ONE (1) 20-minute walk-through in a single-session duration
• All walk-through sessions will take place virtually, via Zoom
• Guidance will vary, based on purchaser business focus, need, interest
• All purchases will adhere to Paylink service regulations and policies
• Any matters of Paylink policy operations will resolve directly with Paylink service provider
